Full payment should be made in Hong Kong Dollars upon the signing of the service agreement.
Trouble-shooting (TS) case pool can be used to solve product-related problems, which may arise in the product or IT systems. In general, remote TS service will deduct 1 TS case from the pool, while on-site TS service will deduct 2 cases. A TS is a job to solve a particular problem happening in the product or related IT areas. TS cases cannot be carried forward to the next year.
The off-site service will be handled by telephone, fax, email or any remote access (e.g. VNC, VPN, etc.) Freeware will be provided by WebCount, and hardware and remote control software was not included.
WebCount will NOT be held responsible for any damage caused relating to the remote access and processing.
On-site service is only available in Hong Kong.
The service will be provided ONLY during office hours. (Monday to Friday; 9:30am-1:00pm, 2:00pm – 5:30pm, excluding lunch time at 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., with Saturday, Sunday and public holiday off.)
Extra service out of the agreement can be offered with charges if needed.
The conclusion of the service agreement, its validity, construction, performance and settlement of the disputes shall be governed by the Laws of Hong Kong SAR, without reference to its conflict law.
All disputes arising from the execution of or in connection with the contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation between both parties.
The above clauses are subject to change only if both parties agree in writing to do likewise.
